Thoroughly personable and professional.

One phone call that Jack answered. The next day he came to look at the job and gave written estimate of cost. The job was completed as scheduled and the area cleaned up of all debris. Jack was on site as the work was being done. He has a most pleasant manner, taking the time to listen to the customer and answer any concerns/questions.

Jack and his crew did a super job for us. They took down six trees on our property, cut and stacked the usable firewood, and cleaned up when they finished. Reasonable, professional and friendly, highly recommend.

Needed trees removed to make way for planting evergreens. Called Jack and he made it happen. This is the second job Jack and crew have completed for me and I’m very happy with his work. Our property received such great care from the Vander Plaat Tree Company. The owner (Jack) made sure to come by and give us a quote quickly, that was fairly priced, and was able to do the job within the week. Jack and his team made sure to not only do a great job in preserving our trees, but gave us proper recommendations on tree health, as well as when we may need to have them serviced additionally. The team trimmed around 8 trees for us, and made sure to leave our lot clean as if they hadn't been there in the first place. Most importantly, everyone on the team was kind, fair, and polite. We would highly recommend them for an of your tree trimming needs.

They came on the day they promised. They were even early. The yard was so clean when they left. You wouldn’t even know they were there. Would use them again for sure.

Great communication and stuck to the schedule he stated. Arrived at our home and gave a fair estimate on the same day as our initial contact. He gave a timeframe of 1-2 weeks and the job was completed 8 days later. Very pleased with the completed job and clean-up.
